Green Thai Curry Mussels

Green Thai Curry Mussels

Is there anything better than sopping up buttery broth with a crusty French bread? We vote no. This is our go to for adding complimentary flavors to sweet, delicate Maine mussels and it produces our all time favorite seafood broth for soaking and snacking. Win win!

Tropical Daze

Tropical Daze

It's 85 degrees outside. It's Friday. Has there ever been a better time for a boozy, fruity, frozen drink? This one is for all the folks looking for a tropical vacation without the plane ride. Highly recommend!
Smoked North Carolina Chicken Wings

Smoked North Carolina Chicken Wings

North Carolina Barbecue Rub is my go to for chicken wings. It's hot with a subtle sweetness and not too much of a smoky flavor. This recipe is a favorite with our friends and family and always leaves them coming back for more. Not a huge fan of heat? Pair these wings with Ranch Dip. The cool dip balances the heat of the wings - even people who prefer sweet chicken wings will fall for this winning combination!
Mother's Day Coffee (Two Ways)

Mother's Day Coffee (Two Ways)

My mom loves coffee. We call it her go go juice. Most morning's she's up around 5am, cup in hand planning her day. These recipes are inspired by her rugosa roses and garden fresh lavender.
Blueberry Fizz

Blueberry Fizz

Blueberry and lemon is a classic ingredient pairing we usually associate with baking, but spring has us craving familiar flavors without the heft of muffins, breads and scones. Our solution, the Blueberry Fizz. It's a fruity, naturally sweet beverage pretty enough for garden parties and tasty enough to feel like a treat. Pair it with white rum or vodka for an impressive at home cocktail.

Roasted Beet Hummus with Urfa Infused Olive Oil and Syrian Za'atar Flatbread

Roasted Beet Hummus with Urfa Infused Olive Oil and Syrian Za'atar Flatbread

Who doesn't love hot pink hummus with a kick? Aromatic and citrusy Za'atar is typically used on flatbreads, so we paired it with a bright, beautiful (and healthy) dip, roasted beet hummus. To amp up the Middle Eastern flavor, we drizzled urfa infused olive oil over the hummus too. Urfa is a Turkish chile pepper with medium heat and a rich chocolate flavor. This is a fabulous crowd-pleasing appetizer that is simple to make and unique enough to stand out.
Quick Pickled Red Onions

Quick Pickled Red Onions

Pickled red onions are a delicious and vibrant topping to many common dishes. A few of our favorite hosts: Fish Tacos, Greek Salad, and Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Anything you want to add an acidic kick (and a beautiful color) to, simply add these on top. They're so easy to make!
Thai Coconut and Chicken Curry Soup

Thai Coconut and Chicken Curry Soup

We love Thai Coconut Curry Soup and have been on the hunt for the perfect recipe. Enter Derek Bissonette's recipe from his cookbook Soup: The Ultimate Book of Soups and Stews. We hadn't even finished our bowls before we started talking about making it again. Easy enough for weeknights, but flavorful and impressive enough for a dinner party. Our favorite new way to use our Thai Seasoning!
Sunday Beef Stew with Turmeric, Serrano, + Coconut Milk

Sunday Beef Stew with Turmeric, Serrano, + Coconut Milk

This recipe from Asha Gomez's My Two Souths is a great new take on a classic chuck roast stew. Uniquely seasoned with turmeric, Serrano chiles, and rich coconut milk, the standard potatoes, pearl onions, and chuck take on a new exotic twist.
