Cajun Blackening Seasoning
Our blackening seasoning is the perfect blend of Cajun herbs and spices, great on fish, shrimp, chicken, or even steak. Dip your chosen protein in melted butter, rub it with our seasoning, and then char it in a red-hot (and preferably cast iron) skillet.
