We have been sprinkling Dukkah on our evening salads. The flavor adds a little extra zip to the veggies and even fruit that is occasionally added to our salads. Try it.

We tasted a sample of this maple chipotle last year at your store in Portland Maine, and bought a small bag. We liked it so much that when we had used it all up we ordered more. Our order arrived in just a few days. The mix is just spicy enough to add interest to a chicken breast. Rub a little olive oil onto boneless chicken breast, then sprinkle on this mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes. Delicious and so easy. Thank you Skordo.

This is a great go-to for beef short ribs. A quick rub and sear, then slow roast. My guests walked in the door and stopped dead in their tracks, and the meal was every bit as good as it smelled.

This rub is absolutely incredible on chicken. I use it at least 3 times a week on grilled boneless skinless thighs. Not too salty, excellent flavor, holds up all on its own, and elevates a super simple meal. Highly recommend!!!!
