Barton is a celebrated chef, author, and sustainable seafood advocate whose work has been recognized around the world. More importantly, he’s someone we deeply admire for the way he connects food, people, and purpose. Together, we set out to create blends that reflect both a chef’s palate and a sommelier’s sense of balance — seasoning that elevates your cooking while pairing beautifully with what’s in your glass.

Sauvignon Blanc Wine Pairing Rub
Inspired by the crisp vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc, this rub blends citrusy amchoor and makrut lime with dill and fenugreek for a tangy, green finish. Lively and versatile, it’s perfect on fish, shrimp, chicken, and seasonal vegetables — enjoy alongside a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
