Our Lemon Pepper is a hand-blended mixture of black pepper, minced onion, lemon, thyme, and coriander. It achieves the heat one desires with pepper but adds a bright citrus flavor. It can be used during cooking or to add a dusting once your dish is finished. We love to use Lemon Pepper in a simple cream sauce on fettucine or on roasted chicken with some fresh garlic or dijon mustard.

The lemon pepper is always present on my kitchen counter! Whenever a recipe calls for pepper, you’ll likely always find me reaching for this. I love that it’s course and includes other ingredients like thyme, onion and coriander - sometimes I use this to flavor eggs, vegetables, or a protein all on its own (and often pair with SKORDO’s Lemon Rosemary Sea Salt.)
