Black Dutch Cocoa Powder
Our Black Dutch Cocoa Powder, featuring a deep bittersweet chocolate flavor and a rich color, is processed with alkali to reduce the natural acidity of chocolate and deliver it's delicious taste. Try it in cookies, cakes and other baked goods, hot chocolate, pudding and homemade ice cream. Not just for those with a sweet tooth, we love using this cocoa powder to make Mexican Mole sauce.
When substituting for unsweetened baking chocolate, we suggest using 3 tbsp of our cocoa powder and 1 tbsp butter, shortening or vegetable oil for every 1-ounce of baking chocolate.
