Is there anything more delicious than a roasted chicken? Season with Pinot Grigio Pairing Salt for an extremely satisfying dish. This is Barton's favorite way to roast a chicken.

Dry the skin of the chicken. Liberally season with Pinot Grigio Pairing Salt Blend inside and out (preferably a couple hours before cooking) and cook in a 450 degree oven until the skin is golden and crispy. Then lower the heat to 325 and cook until the internal temperature is 165 in the thigh. No need to baste or turn. Relax and enjoy a glass of Pinot Grigio while you wait.
