Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon Pinot Noir Pairing Salt Blend
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season salmon with Pinot Noir Pairing Salt Blend. Place on oven-safe pan skin-side down. Slow roast at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes until the fish flakes under gentle pressure.
