From the kitchen of Barton Seaver, esteemed chef and author-- each blend is designed to deliciously season proteins, vegetables, legumes, and grains while complementing the flavor of each wine varietal.

01. Pinot Grigio
Enjoy notes of herbs, Mediterranean spices, citrus and minerality. Use to season your seafood, chicken, and vegetables.
Ingredients: Maine sea salt, mint, fennel, lemongrass, mace, onion powder.

02. Sauvignon Blanc
Bring the fruity, herbaceous notes and bright acidity of Sauvignon Blanc to your food. Use to season your fish, grilled vegetables, and chicken.
