We are thrilled to launch six new sea salt blends, each handcrafted to pair with the world’s most beloved wines.
From the kitchen of Barton Seaver, esteemed chef and author-- each blend is designed to deliciously season proteins, vegetables, legumes, and grains while complementing the flavor of each wine varietal.
Available individually or in a set of four blends.

01. Pinot Grigio

Enjoy notes of herbs, Mediterranean spices, citrus and minerality. Use to season your seafood, chicken, and vegetables.
Ingredients: Maine sea salt, mint, fennel, lemongrass, mace, onion powder.
 
 
 

 

02. Sauvignon Blanc

Bring the fruity, herbaceous notes and bright acidity of Sauvignon Blanc to your food. Use to season your fish, grilled vegetables, and chicken.
Ingredients: Maine sea salt, fenugreek, amchoor, makrut lime leaves, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder.

03. Chardonnay

Enjoy notes of toasty oak, tropical fruits, and warm spices. Use to season your fish, chicken, and even grilled pineapple.

Ingredients: Maine sea salt, smoked paprika, amchoor, fennel, vanilla, allspice, porcini, ginger.

04. Pinot Noir

Enjoy floral, herbaceous notes, highlighted with warm spices. Use to season your chicken, steak, or even in chocolate pot de crème.

Ingredients: Maine sea salt, fennel, mint, fenugreek, onion powder, rosebuds, star anise, porcini, cinnamon, mace.

05. Merlot

Merlot meets its match with this blend that evokes dark fruit, warm spice, and floral notes. Use to season your grilled salmon, pork, and mushrooms.

Ingredients: Maine sea salt, black pepper, rosebuds, smoked paprika, vanilla, nutmeg, fenugreek, coriander, sage, porcini.

06. Cabernet Sauvignon
