The Honey Exchange Blueberry Infused Honey

The Honey Exchange is a fellow Maine family business. Their new Blueberry Honey has a wonderfully thick consistency and is the perfect breakfast condiment. Try it over oatmeal, biscuits and toast, or (if you want to get really creative), spread it over grilled chicken or fish for a unique and flavorful glaze.  We also love it in a salad dressing.
