Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Delmonico steak or chuck roast
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Cabernet Sauvignon Pairing Salt Blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 Carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 onions, sliced
- 4 Celery stalks, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¾ pound baby potatoes
- 2 cups beef stock
Instructions:
Season meat well with Cabernet Sauvignon Pairing Salt Blend. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven, over medium-high heat. Add meat and sear a few minutes each side to toast spices. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover. Cook at 275 for 3-4 hours, until the meat is very tender.
