Just tried your Mediterranean Fish Seasoning on Salmon. I brushed the salmon with olive oil and sprinkled the seasoning on the flesh side. Grilled skin side up to start on foil on my gas grill for about 4 minutes per side. Turned out great! The seasoning added a new slightly spicy flavor. I will make this often.
I love this blend! I made the Creamy Remoulade recipe for shrimp that is listed with the product. I enjoyed it so much as a dip and now I use it as a marinade for chicken! Perfect balance of flavors and smokiness.
I’m loving this, the herby flavor really brings out the flavor in fish. I marinated a piece of salmon in this with some olive oil, after grilling I added a touch more and it was wonderful. Can’t wait to try it on other things and think it would be be great in salad dressing
This was a very good price point for the quantity. I have felt that the slices sold her are very good quality and a fair price. I make chicken popykosh which uses lots of paprika. Growing up I had no idea you could cook entire dishes with paprika as the main ingredient. This slice really shines in this chicken stew. I also use it in cheese dips , on roast potatoes and scrambled eggs. Be very careful not to over cook this slice. It can taste very harsh when over cooked.
This was an amazing dish and so yummy! I’ve been wanting to make a ramen dish for a long time but didn’t know how to do. This package with the recipe and spices did not disappoint. I highly recommend. This is going on my gift giving list!
This spice blend has been my secret ingredient in a chicken and vegetables dish with tahini sauce. I used it on baked chicken which I chopped and turned into chicken salad. What's next? I'll let you know!
