Memphis Barbecue Rub
Our Memphis barbecue rub is a perfect companion to your smoker. Generously rub our blend onto a rack of ribs, let it sit in the fridge for several hours or overnight, and then add it to your smoker and cook on low. For extra flavor, add a mop sauce to your pork when you remove it from the fridge and periodically thereafter, or sprinkle some more of the rub onto your ribs at the end of cooking.
