Mediterranean Fish Seasoning
This blend uses classic Eastern Mediterranean spices to amp up any fish or seafood dish. With a bit of heat and deep aromas, it will shine on baked, broiled, or pan-fried white fish. Also try it on salmon, poultry, or on vegetables.

I used haddock and rubbed the spice on it
Melted butter in the bottom
Lemon juice in top and a sprinkle of sharp cheddar and Panko crumb
