Harissa Spice Blend
This traditional North African spice rub adds both heat and a real depth of flavor to your cooking. While perfect for traditional Moroccan or Tunisian dishes, also rub it on the outside of a whole chicken before roasting. Try it on sandwiches, in hummus, or tossed with veggies. Make the paste by adding olive oil and a bit of white wine vinegar to the spice blend.
