This is one of my favorite seasonings. I put a thick crust of it on salmon before baking it in the oven, and it is so wonderful. I'm on my third jar now.

I do not like seasoned salt! But Skordo's Seasoned Salt is fantastic Try it on your homemade Chex mix but don't share it with neighbors or they will ask for it all the time!

I love Shawarma but have never cooked this at home, so I was excited to try and use the recipe/seasoning kit. I was very happy. I do agree with the other reviewer - that I might reduce the amount of seasoning - but it was a hit and I would purchase again!

We picked up a box of several Skordo mixes in the Old Port on a whim last year. I have found the Odobo to be quite versatile. I’ve used it successfully with various beef, chicken, and fish cuts as a rub before going into a hot cast iron skillet.

A favorite! We’ll be purchasing this again and again, for ourselves and to give as gifts. We’ve made this recipe twice already. The most recent time was for a holiday gathering with family, and we doubled it using two packets. Everyone went back for seconds, with plenty of leftovers for people to take home.

We prepared the dish with two kinds of fish, halibut and cod.. there was ample sauce for both dishes… the family loved it so lush!!

Sheet pan dinner: Skin-on chicken thighs marinated in the Vadouvan and olive oil, along with sliced Yukon Gold potatoes, Delicata squash, mushrooms, shallots and garlic, drizzled with olive oil and more of the seasoning as well as kosher salt and fresh pepper. Added a dollop ofp lain greek yogurt on top. Super simple, subtle, aromatic, and satisfying. Love this stuff!
