Barbacoa Tacos!

This kit is excellent! I bought 2 - one for me and one to give to a friend. Flavor is out of this world. The recipe was easy to follow and the results are incredible! I will definitely be buying again!

Delicious Barbacoa Tacos—and more!

The recipe came together easily—I used an Instant Pot—and was delicious! I especially liked the fact that the recipe card included measurements for the spices in the packets so we can recreate it without having to buy the recipe kit, again. We used the leftover meat with rice and beans to make Barbacoa burrito bowls!

Delicious and easy

My son loves barbacoa tacos so when I was in the shop in Portland I purchased the recipe kit. I loved having easy instructions and the spices all measured out. For a recipe I won’t make all the time, it is nice to have the right amount of each and not to have to purchase a full jar of each, knowing a lot will be wasted. He loved the tacos and so did my husband. I am a vegetarian so I didn’t eat them but loved the pickled red onions that were part of the recipe, so I have since purchased the pickling spices and made lots more of those.
