Tandoori chicken is a traditional Indian dish, named after the clay oven tandoor in which it is usually prepared. With just the right amount of heat and multiple layers of flavor, it is sure to be a hit at any barbecue or casual dinner party. It's also easy enough to prepare ahead so that it can be enjoyed as a weeknight dinner. We like to serve this dish with naan and basmati rice.
