Piri-Piri, an African blend which translates to Pepper-Pepper in the Swahili language, has many different variations in the United States. All of the variations have one thing in common, however, and that is heat. Our version, made from spicy chile peppers, is not for the faint of heart. Use it as a dry rub for beef, chicken, fish or pork, or combine our blend with lemon juice and/or olive oil to make a marinade. You can also combine Piri-Piri with either mayonnaise or aioli for a spicy dipping sauce to go with your grilled meats.
