Citrusy, bold, and unapologetically spicy. This small-batch olive oil is blended with habanero, serrano, and jalapeño peppers for a medium heat that lingers just the right amount. It's hotter than our Jalapeño Olive Oil but still beautifully balanced.
Drizzle it over carnitas tacos, stir into bean dip, or finish a bowl of guacamole or pico de gallo with a hit of heat. It also adds punch to roasted veggies, grilled seafood, and even cocktails—try it in a Bloody Mary for a spicy twist.
Crafted from estate-grown Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio Del Corno olives—organically farmed and milled at the ranch in Petaluma, California.
