Makrut Lime Leaves
Makrut lime leaves, also known as Kaffir lime leaves, with their clean floral taste, are indispensable in Thai cooking. Use them to make a Thai curry paste, or add to braised or roasted fish. You can also use them to add a citrus note to sauces for chicken and fish in Western style dishes. Make sure leaves are finely shredded if you are not removing them before serving.
