Jerk Seasoning

Jerk seasoning is used primarily as a rub for pork and chicken, but you can also use it as a marinade for meats. Just combine our seasoning mix with oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Try sprinkling it on pizza or using it in a Caribbean or Moroccan stew. You can also mix it with flour for frying buffalo shimp or carribean style fried chicken. For a delicious weeknight meal, try on grilled pork chops!
