Inside this beautifully crafted box, you’ll find 25 handcrafted chocolate-covered caramels, each one star-studded with a different sea salt from around the world.

Please note any orders for Advent Calendars will be pre-orders for pick up in our Portland, ME, Brunswick, ME, or Portsmouth, NH locations. Select desired pick-up location at checkout. The last day to pre-order is November 12th. Calendars will be ready for pick up the week of November 24th.

About Bixby & Co: All Bixby products are manufactured in a 125-year-old former ice plant located on a working marina in Rockland, ME, on Maine’s mid-coast. 

Founder, Kate McAleer ensures that the quality organic cocoa beans are directly sourced from Caribbean countries such as the Dominican Republic and Haiti, Belize and Central America’s Guatemala. Kate has visited these areas where she met the farmers who produce the cocoa beans that Bixby Chocolate sources.

The Bixby name comes from Kate’s great-great grandparents, native New Englanders, whose last name was Bixby.
