Apple Cider Caramels
Apple trees are abundant in the Downeast landscape. Some stand in living tribute to the families and farms of the past, while their rebellious, wild cousins grow just about anywhere. Hand pressed cider from local apples is boiled over a fire creating the bold apple cider syrup used in Pen & Cob Farm's caramels.
INGREDIENTS: heavy cream, organic cane sugar, light corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract), apple cider syrup, sea salted butter. 9 individually wrapped caramels.
