This spice rub is delicious on grilled beef...or any other meat! It combines common ingredients in authentic Korean cooking, including the bright red Korean Chile Pepper Flakes, Gochugaru. We balanced the heat from the chile pepper flakes with sweetness from brown sugar, helping with caramelization of the meat and multiple layers of flavor.

Korean BBQ rub

I really love this spice. I use it in my turkey hamburger to add a delicious flavor. Also it’s fantastic on swordfish. I use it on my grilled chicken too.
