Memphis Barbecue Rub
Our Memphis barbecue rub is a perfect companion to your smoker. Generously rub our blend onto a rack of ribs, let it sit in the fridge for several hours or overnight, and then add it to your smoker and cook on low. For extra flavor, add a mop sauce to your pork when you remove it from the fridge and periodically thereafter, or sprinkle some more of the rub onto your ribs at the end of cooking.

Very flavorful, we used it on a roast chicken that was cooked on the rotisserie on a charcoal grill. I will most definitely be buying it again. Can't wait to use it on ribs!
We enjoyed your spices and seasonings for the first time this year after my son made us dinner. Seemed a little pricey at first but they seem to last a while as we found that unlike others it doesn’t take much. Great products!
