Heirloom Tomato Salad with Tuscan Oil Blend Vinaigrette
This summer Heirloom tomato salad with tuscan vinaigrette is going to be your new favorite. This salad is perfect for all of those beefsteak heirloom tomatoes you get at the local farmer's market too. And you can't forget how SKORDO's Tuscan Oil Blend of herbs and spices gives this salad life!
- 2-3 Heirloom Tomatoes sliced
- 1 English Cucumber sliced
- ½ Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ c. Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 ½ tbsp. SKORDO Tuscan Oil Blend
Slice and layer all vegetables
Mix your vinaigrette
Drizzle your vinaigrette on salad
Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of your salad
Add salt to finish.
