I love this salt for ALL uses. Whether it would be cooking with or just that dash of salt to give my morning eggs that little extra.

A pinch is perfect for a cup of coffee. I want to try on top of frosted brownies! Cool shop, my daughter and I were visiting from the Eastern Panhandle of WV. It was a rainy day at the beach so we decided to check out Portsmouth. Lovely little town. And lovely shop.

My wife picked up some of this for me while in Portland, Maine for a conference and this seasoning is amazing on salmon. Put a light coating of course sea salt and then a this seasoning and smoke/bake at 180-200 degrees for approximately 2 hrs.

Helps to blossom the flavors of any dish it's added into.

I have to be honest, I didn't know what bay leaves smelled like until...well, until I purchased these from SKORDO. What an incredible smell! I also appreciate them coming in a bag, rather than stuffed (and therefore, broken) into a glass container that the grocery stores sell. Will purchase again.
