I thought it would go good in baked goods because of the vanilla. But I used it as seasoning on some pork ribs along with the Maine Blueberry Pork rub. They came out delicious!
The vanilla bean salt is a great addition to scallop crudo paired with kiwi and mango with a drizzle of lemon olive oil. It’s also great to sprinkle on a salad of greens, avocado, quinoa and tomato. I even sprinkle it on strawberries topped with yogurt. It’s my new favorite salt!
