This blend makes delicious Tzatziki and is also great as a chicken or fish rub. For sauce, mix 1 Tbsp with 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1 tsp of white wine vinegar, and 4 inches of a cucumber, grated and drained. Let sit for at least 4 hours.
