Directions: Combine contents with 1 gallon vegetable stock over medium-high heat. Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve mixture. Remove from heat and cool. Combine brine and 1 gallon iced water in brine bag. Place thawed turkey breast-side down in brine, fully immersing turkey. Seal bag and refrigerate 8-24 hours, turning bird halfway through. One complete, discard brine and rinse turkey inside and out with cold water.
