Smoked Cherrywood Sea Salt
Our Smoked Cherrywood salt is sea salt that has been slow smoked over a Maine Cherrywood fire pit. It's a great way to achieve a smoky smooth sweetness without a bitter bite. We love this on everything barbecue, as well as on the rim of a rum cocktail. For meats, Cherrywood is best suited for flavoring chicken, ham, and turkey. Seafood lover? It goes especially well with bass, salmon, steelhead, and sturgeon.

With just a hint of smokiness, this salt is my secret weapon, especially for holiday baking (but is a staple year round in my kitchen, too). I actually use salt extremely sparingly, but when I do... smoked sea salt!!!
