Sesame Seeds - Black
Black sesame seeds have an earthier flavor than white sesame seeds, which are simply black sesame seeds with their shells removed. Coat seafood with these and coarse salt for a delectable crust. Sprinkle over Thai chicken wings or scatter some on hummus and serve with pita and feta. Always slightly toast before use!
