Porcini Powder


Porcini Powder, like the porcini mushroom, has an intense and smoky flavor. This helps bring that same umami flavor to virtually every dish. We've used it in soups, pastas, risottos, and stews. One of our favorites is to add it to traditional bolognese sauce. It adds great depth!
