Tellicherry Peppercorns
With an aroma that is citrusy and grassy with hints of cedar, cherries, and juniper, Tellicherry peppercorns are considered to be some of the finest peppercorns in the world. Unlike the Malabar peppercorn, Tellicherry berries are left to ripen on vines longer, which allows a much fuller flavor to develop. Because of this, they are slightly larger and slightly less pungent, but have a much deeper rich and complex aroma. Our Tellicherry peppercorns are plump and bursting with essential oil unlike other peppercorns you find on the market that are dried and withered.
