Oregano - Greek


Greek oregano's flavor is warm, slightly sharp, and bittersweet with note of camphor. It is considered the most savory and earthy oregano. We love to dash over macaroni and cheese for herbal flair. Add to olive oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, onion, parsley and thyme for an excellent marinade for lamb, beef or chicken.
