Our Lemon Herb Fish Seasoning is perfect for delicate fish and shellfish, specifically tilapia, halibut, flounder, scallops and shrimp. Simply sprinkle it over your favorite filet with olive oil to sauté, grill, or bake, or combine it with melted butter for a decadent seafood sauce. Our seasoning also makes a great marinade for skewered shrimp when mixed with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

I use this blend in my bbq chicken recipe. Flatten the chicken ****. Bend olive oil, apricot or mango purée, salt, pepper, a little vinegar, honey, mustard, and a little Worcestershire sauce. Marinate overnight.
