Dried Lime Zest
Our tangy zest comes from dehydrated limes, and can be used in any recipe that calls for fresh lime zest. We love adding some zest to our rubs and marinades, but it also goes very well in rice, salsas, and vinaigrettes for chicken and seafood. To substitute our dried zest for fresh lime zest, just cover with warm water and soak for about fifteen minutes – especially handy when limes are out of season!
