Dried Lemon Zest
Our potent and tart zest is perfect for any recipe that calls for lemon. Made from dehydrated lemons, it can be substituted for fresh lemon zest whenever you don’t have fresh lemons on hand. Just cover with water for 15-20 minutes, drain off the access liquid to rehydrate, and add one-third of the amount of fresh lemon zest your recipe calls for. You can also add dried lemon zest to seasoning blends – just add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to “wake up” the lemony flavor!
