Made of natural crystal flakes, our unique pyramid shaped salt comes from the Mediterranean Sea surrounding the island of Cyprus. Using a method that can take up to two years, it is formed through solar evaporation of sea water that is channeled through a chain of lagoons onto large pans where it is gradually heated.
Mild, delicate and quickly dissolving, it works well as a crunchy finishing salt. Adding flavor to anything it touches and very versatile, use it on everything from veggies and meats to pasta and baked goods!
