Dill Weed
Dill makes an excellent companion for fish like haddock and trout, or shellfish like crabs, scallops, and shrimp. Try it in Greek stuffed grape leaves or tzatziki sauce, or combine it with garlic and balsamic vinegar to make a tasty salad dressing. Dill is also a great way to give an herby taste to stews, soups, and cheeses. We love mixing it with garlic powder and melted butter and pouring over dinner rolls before they go in the oven.
