Real espresso is melded with the sweetness of cane sugar to create this unique and robust gourmet sugar. Use it as a finisher over plain greek yogurt in the morning for an extra kick of energy, or sprinkle it over toast along with peanut butter for a decadent snack. Oftentimes, we will mix it with Fleur de Sel sea salt and use it as a spice rub for espresso flavored steaks before grilling, and it is absolutely delicious! If you enjoy the flavor combination of espresso and chocolate, sprinkle over some chocolate chip cookies. Just make sure those cookies are an early dessert...our sugar does contain real espresso, and therefore, real caffeine!

Holiday treat

The taste of the espresso sugar is fantastic. I plan to use it as a dusting sugar on chocolate cookies for the holiday season. It would also be a nice sprinkle on an affogato.

Delicious on Toast
