Merquén

Our version of Merquén, the traditional Chilean spice mix, is made with a combination of New Mexico and Chipotle Meco chile peppers, delivering a balanced flavor of smoke and heat. Use our blend as a dry rub for meats and veggies, sprinkle it over baked potatoes, popcorn or pizza for an extra kick. We find that it pairs extremely well with eggs... omelettes, scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, you name it! In addition, it makes a great finisher to soups, Bloody Marys, and Chilean salsas.
