The Lost Kitchen x SKORDO

We're thrilled to introduce a brand new SKORDO Set, designed in collaboration with Erin French of The Lost Kitchen, launching on their online April Market this Saturday, April 17th!

Erin French's award-winning cookbook The Lost Kitchen: Recipes and A Good Life Found in Freedom, Maine features mostly fresh, local ingredients, but there are several unique ingredients used throughout the book that are sometimes hard to find. The new The Lost Kitchen SKORDO Set gives you access to those unique ingredients so you can feel empowered to create the recipes exactly as Erin and her team does!

HERBES DE PROVENCE

Make Erin's Rib Eye Steaks with Herb de Provence Butter + Frites

MAINE SEA SALT

Sprinkle + Season. We love it on The Lost Kitchen's Scallop Crudo recipe.

POPPY SEEDS

Pork Burgers on Poppy Seed Buns with Grilled Peaches, Bacon, and Blue Cheese? Yes please.

JUNIPER BERRIES

The exact amount you need to recreate The Lost Kitchen's Basic Brine is in this jar - perfect for her Cornflake Fried Chicken recipe.

The set will be available for purchase, along with a signed copy of the cookbook with the brand new cover, on findthelostkitchen.com at 11am on April 17th. Set your alarms, friends! These tend to sell out. (P.S.A. - The signed Cookbook and SKORDO Set makes a delightful Mother's Day Gift)

Keep your eyes peeled - we'll be offering this set and the new version of Erin's cookbook in our shops and online soon. Until then, see you on The Lost Kitchen Market.
