Sweet, citrusy, and deeply spiced with a caramelized finish

Yield: Serves 2–4

For the Glaze:

  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp grated ginger
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp CP Vadouvan

For the Wings:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • Chicken wings

For Garnish:

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp CP Vadouvan

Method:

  • Combine honey, ginger, lime zest, lime juice, and CP Vadouvan in a small sauce pot
  • Bring honey to a simmer over medium heat and let foam for 30 seconds
  • Remove from heat and set aside
  • Preheat oven to 400F, toss wings with oil and salt and bake until 160F internal temperature (8-10 min)
  • Toss wings with honey glaze. Preheat grill to medium high heat, and grill wings until the glaze is sticky and slightly charred (wings should temp 165F internal temp. (This can also be done in an oven broiler)
  • Once wings are fully cooked and glazed, garnish with chopped cilantro, lime zest, and CP Vadouvan
