Our Togarashi Spice Blend brings a little heat and zest, as well as texture, to a quick and classic smashed cucumber salad! 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mini seedless cucumbers
  • 1.5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon SKORDO Togarashi Spice Blend
 
Directions:
  1. Wash and dry cucumbers. On a large cutting board, lay a knife flat against the cucumber and hit gently with your opposite hand a couple times. Then roughly chop in to bit sized pieces.
  2. Add rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and Togarashi to the cucumbers and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately and ENJOY!
