Our Togarashi Spice Blend brings a little heat and zest, as well as texture, to a quick and classic smashed cucumber salad!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. mini seedless cucumbers
- 1.5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon SKORDO Togarashi Spice Blend
Directions:
- Wash and dry cucumbers. On a large cutting board, lay a knife flat against the cucumber and hit gently with your opposite hand a couple times. Then roughly chop in to bit sized pieces.
- Add rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and Togarashi to the cucumbers and mix well.
- Serve immediately and ENJOY!
