Masala Chai Dalgona Whipped Coffee

This is one of our favorite ways to use the Masala Chai Spice Blend. The cardamom, clove and pepper really shine through in contract with the instant coffee. Dalgona coffee was a summer star we’re planning on enjoying well into fall!

Makes 1 Coffee


  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cold Water
  • 1 tsp Masala Chai Spice Blend
  • Milk of your choosing (we used a lightly sweetened coconut milk!)


Whip coffee, sugar, cold water and spice blend to create a thick frothy foam. It took us roughly 400 whips with a whisk. Top a chilled glass of milk (nut milks also work!) with the whipped coffee and enjoy.
