Ingredients:

2 cups milk (of choice)

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1⁄2 teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon

1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger

1⁄4 teaspoon ground cardamom

A pinch - 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 1⁄2 tablespoons (or to taste) honey or maple syrup

1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except honey/maple syrup) in a small saucepan on low and heat, whisking occasionally, until milk is just hot / right before simmering (do not boil). Remove from heat and add honey/maple syrup to taste. Divide in to 2 cups, and enjoy!
