Mustard - Yellow - Ground


Yellow mustard seed powder, the ground version of the whole yellow seed, is slightly hotter than the seed. A wonderful addition to many sauces including hollandaise and mayonnaise. Use it in making your own homemade mustard. Add towards the end of cooking your meal to retain the heat.
