Juniper Berry - Whole


Juniper's aroma is pleasantly woody, bittersweet, and distinctly like gin. A natural pairing with fatty foods, these berries make a nice addition to beef, pork, bacon, lamb, and game birds. In addition to meats, juniper combines well with apples and cabbage. The berries are a key ingredient in Gin and Finnish Rye Beer because of their clean, sweet, and resinous flavor.
